Co-creating a shared skills base for first-time managers
For Legrand we upskilled a cohort of first-time managers across Southeast Asia. We designed and delivered a blended programme with a two-day bootcamp, complementing online modules and a six-month team project. We embedded a common managerial framework covering bias-aware decisions, adaptive communication and shared project tools.
Results: a common knowledge base, clearer roles, stronger collaboration and faster delivery.

Redefining regional priorities and enablers for the future
We supported a luxury MNC in reframing its regional strategy to adapt to new - constrained - market realities. We co-created an updated roadmap with the executive committee, through interviews and a three-day workshop to arbitrate priorities, define future bets, identify and flesh key enablers. We translated these enablers into actionable roadmaps and refined ExCo ways of working to sustain delivery.
Results: shared ownership stronger alignment and renewed momentum.

Scaling sustainable visual merchandising across APAC with a 6-month activation plan
For a global beauty group, we advanced sustainable visual merchandising knowledge and practices across APAC. We assessed existing practices, formalised a brand sustainability framework and ran an immersive one-day workshop with targeted pre-work. We provided a best practice sharing platform, a practical toolkit and a six-month activation plan to embed change.
Results: reduced barriers, stronger capability and empowerment at individual and collective levels.

Embarking and upskilling talents for sustainability transition
For Swire Properties, we designed and led a series of workshops to meet objectives in stakeholder engagement, and awareness and knowledge building.
Module topics covered include water facts, water cycle, water-climate nexus and water footprint. The same workshop was also adapted for tenant engagement as part of Green Performance Pledge.
Results: dozens of internal and value chain stakeholders embarked and up-knowledged, from multiple business units and functions.
